Cheri! Was concerned, considerate, friendly and supportive, respectful, and responding to my concerns and about my personal situation! I’m a widow and this was the first time I would be dealing with selling my home without my husband alongside me! Cheri helped put our house on the market. The sales process went quick and smoothly. There were no major listing issues, and all the minor issues were worked through with good communication. The signing process went fine. There were some documents that needed to be updated after initial signing due to the document missing some required signatures or initials. These updates were always caught quickly.
