As a residential specialist, I work with buyers and sellers of all types of residential real estate, including single-family homes, townhomes, luxury homes, and condos. This includes rural and new construction properties. As a REALTOR®, I’m a member of NAR, the National Association of REALTOR®s, which requires additional oversight to ensure the highest level of loyalty, ethics, and expertise to my clients and other agents. Finally, as an Associate Broker, my opinions are published by the MLS.

This includes insights into Roswell’s local real estate market and surrounding areas, such as Artesia, Hagerman, and Dexter. When I provide private property valuation to clients, it’s either for homes of interest by a prospective buyer or a prospective seller’s home. Either way, my insights are based on a detailed knowledge of all the communities, neighborhoods, school districts, etc. This makes it possible for me to calculate the most competitive offers and listings.

I also have a list of industry professionals ready to show up at a moment’s notice. This includes home inspectors, pest control companies, handyman services, mortgage lending, home warranty, and title companies. In addition, I personally provide full-service photos to ensure my listings are enticing to prospective buyers looking for the right place to call home.
